For the entire 8 days of Washington 2006 the American Stamp Dealers Association is sponsonring experts at the show that will evaluate your old stamp collection for free. Any one in the public can bring stamps, stamp-bearing envelopes and documents, other ephemera collectibles such as postcards, trade cards and stock and bond certificates for an informal assessment of their value.
