Washington 2006 - Saturday, May 27 - Show Opens
Here are some of the activities that will be going on today at the show.
Special Day and Cancel: Wonders of America Day
Theme Cancel:Honoring Collectors
The opening ceremonies will start at 9:30 AM. This includes U.S. First Day Ceremony. Wonders of America: Land of the Superlatives. This an official Washington 2006 event.
The show opens at 10:30 AM. There will be many activities going on throghout the day focusing on the themes of different interest groups.
At 2:00 PM an interesting presentation on buying and selling stamps online will be conducted by the APS Stamp Store.
At 4 PM the current and useful subject of how to spot fakes and forgeries on the internet will be discussed by Clark Frazier of the APS.
The show closes at 6:00 PM
